This year 82 cities around the globe take part in a concerted effort to let Japan know that the killings in Taiji, Japan are not tolerated and that the world is watching.
WILD TIME spoke to many people who are involved in organising or helping at the events.
In part 1 Thomas talks to Zoe Ng about the event in Hong Kong, Sandy McElhaney from just outside of Wahsington who helps co-ordinate some of the events. Sandy is also involved with the “Save Misty the dolphin” campaign. Thomas also talked to Nichola Sherlock who organises the Save The Dolphin Day event in Dublin/Ireland.
In part 2 Thomas talks to Englishman Alan Howard who is involved in the New York event as well as with Earhrace UK’s Lucy Byrne. Lucy talked about the event in London as well as the upcoming “Whalefest” and more.
In typical Wild Time manner the conversations touch on much more from racism to the rainforest, the Maui dolphins and future activism.
